I spent my Christmas at this hotel, and I really appreciated the friendly staff, especially the female receptionist who helped me change rooms due to street noise. The location is super convenient, right near shops and restaurants, perfect for exploring. I also enjoyed the hot shower after long days out, which was a nice treat!

The hotel has some serious drawbacks. The building is in need of repairs, and I noticed some electrical issues, including a plug that actually fell out. The room wasn’t cleaned during my stay, and the breakfast was pretty basic. Honestly, it’s more of a place to crash for a night rather than a cozy getaway.

The room was spacious, elegant and perfect for our romantic escape. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The breakfast had a good variety of options inclusive of fresh fruits and cakes - the coffee was just right. And it's located close to the main shopping district and public transport access.

The street can get a bit noisy, sirens and voices during all hours are noticeable - just make sure you pack your earplugs. And the Wifi was a bit unstable, but it wasn't a huge deal for us. Other than that, we definitely had a lovely stay.
